Target in Ocakbasi is to be a part of this colorful spectrum and therefore family Nurhakli decided in October 2013 to open the first Turkish restaurant in Dresden, the capital of Saxony. In this restaurant on the Königsbrücker street, fresh meat products themselves are prepared exclusively. "Ocakbasi" refers to the specific method of preparation of the Turkish courts on the charcoal grill. In ancient Anatolia, people have cooked their home-cooked meals at the communal barbecue. In our restaurant we prepare your meals for you, while you can do it comfortably with a glass of wine Turkish, so the owner Selma and Cafer Nurhakli. Ocakbasi now in Dresden's Old Town Our specialties are meat and fish from the charcoal grill, out of the oven and the pan and pastry boats and lahmacun (Turkish pizza).
