With the online branch we offer you a secure communication channel. Part of the security concept is that after registration you will receive your access data in a letter to the address known to us. We also work with a mobile TAN procedure. Each time you register, you will receive a security code via SMS on your mobile phone, which you will have to enter in the further process.
