Functions of the EAP Assist app: 1. 24/7 365 days a year We can be reached by phone at any time. Every day. Any time. The chat is available from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. A joint appointment is made by phone for video telephony. 2. Individual contact Contact us through the app via live chat, video call, email, or a standard phone call. 3. Direct contact with our experts You get in direct contact with an expert.
