Digital SalmoFan™
The Digital SalmoFan™ app, when used together with the Digital SalmoFan™ color sensor, allows for the accurate scanning of salmon color for objective measurements and ultimate quality control. The Digital SalmoFan™ is calibrated for a SalmoFan™ colour range of 22 and above. Please note that the Digital SalmoFan™ device can only be used to measure Atlantic salmon flesh. It cannot be used to measure salmon skin, paper fan decks, or any other item. Carophyll™ and SalmoFan™ are trademarks of DSM.
