CardPilot puts you in control of when, where and how your debit card gets used by allowing you to turn your debit card “on” or “off” as well as set up transaction controls, spending limits and alerts to help protect you from fraud. Download CardPilot to your smartphone and set your preferences to get started. Card On/Off Setting Did you misplace your card or leave it behind at a restaurant? With CardPilot, you can turn your debit card “off” until it’s been relocated. Once you have your card in hand again, you can switch it back “on.” Now, you won’t have to automatically cancel your card and wait for a new one in order to protect yourself from fraudulent activity. Define How Your Card is Used You can set spending limits so transactions above those limits are automatically declined. Debit card activity can be monitored and managed for specific merchant categories such as gas stations, department stores, restaurants, entertainment, travel and groceries. It can also be monitored for specific transaction types such as in store purchases, online transactions, mail/phone orders and ATM transactions. The My Location control gives you the ability to restrict debit card purchases to merchants located within a certain range of your locations using your phone’s GPS and automatically decline purchases outside the defined range. The My Region control uses city, state, country or zip code on an expandable interactive map to set purchase controls and automatically decline requests by merchants outside your defined region. Set-Up Alerts to Ensure Safe, Secure Card Usage Set-up real-time alerts for PIN and signature transactions so you stay informed of your card usage and can quickly detect unauthorized or fraudulent activity. CardPilot can send an alert when your card is used or when a transaction has been attempted but is declined. Additional customizable alert options are available. Alerts are sent immediately after a transaction has taken place.
