This application collects the state of Broca (also known as the coffee borer beetle) infection in coffee trees. It is intended for coffee farmers. The data including the location is emailed to a user which can then be imported into Google Fusion tables (Google Tablas Dinámicas in Spanish) or similar applications to create a map. The application's user interface is in Spanish. Turn on your phone's GPS 2. Open App and if prompted enter the user's name 3. Inspect a subset of the coffee trees on your farm 4. At each tree press the button "Arbol Nuevo" to set the location 5. Count the number of coffee beans on a random branch 6. Count the number of coffee beans infected with broca on the same branch 7. Enter the number of beans counted above in the App 8. Enter any additional data 9. To save press "Guardar Arbol" - the data cannot be saved until the GPS has acquired the location 10. Move to the next tree(s) 11. When all trees have been inspected, press "Email Datos" supplying an email address of the person that will import the data into Google Fusion tables 12. Open Google Drive using a Google account in a web browser (you will need a Google ID) 13. On a PC/laptop connected to the Internet open Google Fusion Tables from Google Drive 14. Save the attachment from the email sent above 15. Import the attachment into Google Fusion Tables 16. View the Data on the Map or Rows tabs
